Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipment notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We aim to have all the European orders delivered within 2 working days. And all international orders within 5 working days.

 

Shipping Rates

We’re pleased to offer free delivery worldwide on all orders, regardless of location. However, please note that we only cover the cost of shipping. The cost for customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are not included in this offer. Please be aware that all the duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, shipping times may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Public holidays
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Unforeseen issues during transit

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, it may delay your order or cause it to be returned to us. If this happens, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping:

Damaged items: Please take photos of the damaged items and contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

Lost items: If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 working days after the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will assist in locating it.

 

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure your address is correctly formatted at checkout to avoid delays.
